The power of the actor's craft

Most communication training teaches you what to say. Million Dollar Presence teaches you how to inhabit a room.
After two decades as a professional actor — on screen, on stage, and behind the microphone — Ashwin Mushran built the Million Dollar Presence Program around one insight: the techniques that make actors compelling work just as well in boardrooms, presentations, and difficult conversations.
This isn't about performing. It's about presence — the kind that makes people lean in before you've said a word.
What you'll work on
Vocal command
Volume, pace, pitch, and pause — not as separate techniques but as a single instrument you learn to play
Tonality that shifts how a room receives your message
The power of silence, used with intention
Physical presence
Body language that projects confidence without effort
Eliminating the small habits that quietly undermine your authority
Eye contact and gesture that reinforce — not distract from — what you're saying.
What changes
In professional settings — meetings, presentations, pitches — you'll hold the room differently. Not louder. Not more aggressive. Just unmissably there.
In personal situations the same skills translate: difficult conversations handled with clarity, boundaries communicated without apology, authentic expression that doesn't require effort.

The programme
Million Dollar Presence runs as both a one-on-one coaching engagement and a corporate training workshop. The one-on-one programme works across six sessions, building from breath and vocal foundation through to high-pressure rehearsal and personal presence blueprint. Corporate workshops run from two to four hours and are customized to the specific challenges of the organization — presentations, leadership communication, or executive presence at scale.
Every format is built on the same principle: the techniques that make actors compelling are learnable. They are not personality traits. They are craft.
"What started as a Voice training workshop turned out to be a full-fledged programme that included body language, leadership and negotiation skills. The Million Dollar Presence Program with Ashwin Mushran was both fun and intense at the same time. Just like a personal care routine, it helps build a personality care routine."
